چکیده
Graphene was prepared via carbonization of microwave synthesized metal phthalocyanine, followed by a rapid cooling process. The morphology and structure of the obtained graphene were controlled by the coolants.

Using Taguchi Experimental Design to Develop an Optimized Synthesis Procedure of Sodalite Prepared by Microwave and Ultrasonic Assisted Aging
Perlite or pearl stone is a natural glass which has formed by rapid cooling of viscous lava or magma. Perlite is mainly composed of silica, aluminum, potassium and sodium. In this experiment, perlite was used as a low-cost source of Si and Al to synthesis of sodalite zeolite using the alkaline hydrothermal treatment. A statistical Taguchi design of experiments was employed to evaluate the effec...
متن کاملMicrowave- and nitronium ion-enabled rapid and direct production of highly conductive low-oxygen graphene.
Currently the preferred method for large-scale production of solution-processable graphene is via a nonconductive graphene oxide (GO) pathway, which uncontrollably cuts sheets into small pieces and/or introduces nanometer-sized holes in the basal plane. These structural changes significantly decrease some of graphene's remarkable electrical and mechanical properties. Here, we report an unpreced...
متن کاملA Tandem Scalable Microwave-Assisted Williamson Alkyl Aryl Ether Synthesis under Mild Conditions
An efficient tandem synthesis of alkyl aryl ethers, including valuable building blocks of dialdehyde and dinitro groups under microwave irradiation and solvent free conditions on potassium carbonate as a mild solid base has been developed. A series of alkyl aryl ethers were obtained from alcohols in excellent yields by following the Williamson ether synthesis protocol under practical mild condi...
متن کاملOne Step Rapid Synthesis of Nano-Crystalline ZnO by Microwave-Assisted Solution Combustion Method
In this study nano-crystalline ZnO particles were synthesized by microwave-assisted solution combustion method. Zinc nitrate and urea were used as oxidizer and fuel, respectively. The effect of fuel to oxidizer (F/O) ratio on ZnO powder properties was investigated by using different urea/nitrate ratios. X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy and fourier transform infra-red were used...
متن کاملLayer-by-layer synthesis of large-area graphene films by thermal cracker enhanced gas source molecular beam epitaxy
A thermal cracker enhanced gas source molecular beam epitaxy system was used to synthesize large-area graphene. Hydrocarbon gas molecules were broken by thermal cracker at very high temperature of 1200 C and then impinged on a nickel substrate. High-quality, large-area graphene films were achieved at 800 C, and this was confirmed by both Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. ...
